   We can't get enough of the new and exciting fruity delights in Vietnam!  They are beautiful to look at, and a super tasty treat.

   During our stay in Cu Chi, we had the fortunate opportunity to spend a couple of evenings visiting local Buddhist temples.  We especially enjoyed floating lotus flower candles down the river.

Remnants of the war

   We were able to climb into some of the remaining tunnels used during the war by the people of Cu Chi.  They stretch for miles and are full of secret rooms and traps.

Life in the Village

   On our first full day in Vietnam, we took a long, hot, and picturesque walk through the streets of the local village where we are staying.

High School Reunion in Goa

Allie met up with some of her friends from high school, who happened to be in India for a wedding.    It was an unexpected and enjoyable reunion...especially since they were staying at a fantastic hotel!

Art Anyone?

The first Biennale in India was held in Fort Cochin.  We were happy to catch a glimpse of India's contemporary art scene.  We even got to see MIA in concert on the opening night!

Is it art or just construction?  Many of the exhibits were only partially finished, leaving many to ponder this question.
